Mesmerizing Moments @ MTTC

 31\07\2023 I reached the school by 9 am. After prayer, I was preparing for my class.  We conducted a quiz competition in accordance with International Moon day and Dr.A.P.J Abdul Kalam memorial day .It started at 1.30 pm. I was quiz master during the first round. There were 3 rounds. Many participants were there. It was successful initiative from our part.  

 29\07\2023 I reached the school by 9am. We conducted a still model making competition in accordance with International Moon Day. We arranged the space for the exhibition before 9.30 am. Many students participated in the competition and expressed their talents . Today 8th period i had class in 8B. But the students along with the class teacher was busy with short film competition. During 6th period I taught chemistry in 8b.  Afternoon I served food to the students.

 27\07\2023 I reached the school by 9am. After the prayer, I was preparing for my class. Fifth period I had class observation by Neena ma'am  in 8B. In 3rd and 4th periods, we conducted a poster making competition on The importance of Environmental protection. Many students participated in it and they made beautiful posters.  

 26\07\2023 I reached the school by 9am. I had morning discipline duty near thefootpath  Today first and fifth period I taught in 9B , the equations of motion. From 1.30pm, we conducted a scientific talk on 'Design thinking' for the 8th and 9th students.

 25\07\2023  I reached the school by 9am. First period I went for peer observation in Hema's class in 9B. Seveth period I taught physics in 9B where I taught Equations of Motion. In 5th period, Parvathi and me went to 9D for substitution. The students were completing their notes and we allowed them to do it. 

 24\07\2023 Today 3rd and 4th period I went for peer observation. Afternoon there was PTA meeting due to that I got only 10 minutes during the 7th oeriod in 8B. Fourth period Neena ma'am came to observe Anulekshmi's class.

 22\07\2023 I was absent as I had to prepare for SET exam.

 21\07\2023 Today Ancy miss came for class observation. She observed my class in 8B where I taught basic constituents of matter. She appreciated my class and said it was one of my best class that day. I felt very happy. Afternoon, Ivanios quiz was conducted in the auditorium. It was a mega quiz. 29 teams of 2 students participated in it. We had invigilation duty. We followed the instructions of the quiz master and completed our duty successfully. There were 3 rounds. 5 teams were selected to final round and they were given trophies. All the participants got certificates. After the quiz competition, the +2 teachers arranged a small refreshment for us.

 20\07\2023 I reached the school by 9am. I had morning discipline duty in the first floor. Today I didn't had any classes in 8B and 9B. I only had to take care of the discipline. Later I engaged in my works. In 6th period, I went to 8D for substitution along with Sr.Jomcy. I had evening discipline duty near the footpath. It is often good to have evening duty as we will be busy waving goodbies to kids. We left the school by 3.50 pm.

 19/07/2023  I reached the school by 8.45 am. I had morning discipline duty near the footpath from 8.45 to 9.30 am. As the body of former Chief minister Sri Ummen Chaandi sir was kept for public view, there was huge block in the main road so that most of the students and teachers came late. I had exam duty in 8A and they had maths exam. It was physics exam for 9th standard. They told that they have written the exam very well. We left the school by 3.40pm.

14\07\2023   Today I had fourth period in 8B where I taught basic constituents of matter. I had lunch break duty where i had to control the discipline. All boys were on the ground playing under the hot sun while girls are sitting within their classrooms.

 13/07/2023 Today I didn't had any class. I had exam duty in the afternoon session. I had interval duty in the morning.  I checked the chemistry notebook. Few haven't completed the notes. I had evening duty near the footpath where I looked the discipline. 

 12/07/2023 Today began the unit test in the school.  The exams were during the afternoon section. So I didn't get my fifth period in 9B. However I had exam duty from 1.30 to 3.30pm Students of 8th,9th and 10th were called for taking photos for ID cards. Others and I helped in arranging the students in roll number wise and maintained discipline. 

 11/07/2023 Today 7th period  I took class in 9B. After 6th period there is a small break. So it is a difficult for me to manage these kids when they come yo class after the break.Nithin of Physical science  helped me in managing the class discipline. 

 10/07/2023 Today seventh period I had class in 8B  and I taught sublimation, centrifugation and chromatography. It was an ICT integrated class. During third period, I went to observe a class in 8A. The class was bit noisy after the interval, so I helped in managing the discipline. She taught physics over there. Students were actively listening and raised doubts which made the class more interesting. 

 07/07/2023 Today fourth period I had class in 8 B.There I took some separation techniques of mixtures.  First period  I got a substitution in 9B and there I revised some topics of the chapter forces in fluids.

 06/07/2023 Today I didn't had any class. Afternoon along with other malankara catholic students, I went to pattom to visit the tomb of Mar Ivanios as instructed by the college. There we had a prayer meeting commemorating hos death anniversary.  Mar Ivanios is truly a great personality and a role model for us.He wss a person of great vision, dedication and strong determination. 

 05/07/2023 Today 5th period I had class in 9B. I taught the students capillarity using videos.Adhesive and vohesive forces was also taught to them. At 1pm we had a meeting with the Head Master in his room. He evaluated our works in the school and gave us more suggestions regarding our duties.  Morning I had duty from 8.45am to 9.30am near the footpath of the school.

 04/07/2023 Today I had seventh period in 9B where I taught pascal's law.Hema teacher accompanied me to see my class . I did morning duty in the first floor  where the students were made to move in a line. I went for peer observation in Anjana'S class in 9B where she taught decimal conversion   

 01/07/2023 As July 1 is celebrated as the National Doctors Day, we conducted a informative and interactive talk by Dr.Shijin for the 9th standard students. The programme began at 11.15am and extended upto 12.30pm. We started the programme by memorizing Dr. Vandana Das, a medical student who was brutally killed by a drug addict. Dr.Shijin talked about the importance and responsibilities of a doctor and also gave an awareness on Drug abuse.
