Mesmerizing Moments @ MTTC

 29 July 2022       ZATMENIYE  ZATMENIYE 2k22 - our exhibition has turned out to be an unforgettable experience. It was indeed the result of many hardships and hardwork. Setting an exhibition on a low budget and make it out something wonderful was not an easy task. But our team COSMOS has made the impossible possible ☺️.  It was a proud moment for we the Cosmians. We under the guidance our teacher Neena ma'am has proudly stood there explaining our works to our friends and students from neighboring classes. The day begins with the inauguration of popular science centre 2022 and an incredible talk by Dr. Reji Philip , Professor, Light and matter physics, Raman Research Institute, Bebgaluru. It was followed by the exhibition ZATMANIYE 2k22 conducted by us, Cosmos the Physical Science Association.  I explained the experiment BLEEDING IRON where there was a red color like blood coming out of iron when dipped in the experimental solution.  There were numerous experiments, models, games a

 27 July 2022 Final preparations... Next day is our exhibition and we are really thrilled to finally present our final results of hardwork and efforts. We did our works inside our lab during our optionals.  The afternoon hour was by Maya Ma'am. Ma'am introduced about the Vedic education and did a comparison between Dravidian education and Vedic education. Then from 2.30 pm onwards there was a programme organised by the popular education club, Manava. After the inauguration of the club, there was an awareness on population education and an open forum on sex education. At the end of this session we had an interesting open form on sex education  where teachers and students shared their opinions.  It was a nice programme.

 26 July 2022 Today the first hour we had Maya ma'am hour. We were learning about Dravidian Culture in the last classes. In today's class we discussed about Salai ( for higher education). Also at the end of the class we discussed about the importance of sex education in our curriculum and in schools. Next hour we had yoga and we did Sooryanamaskar. Last hour we had Ancy ma'am.  It was a good day.

 25 / 07 / 2022 Today till afternoon we were busy with our exhibition. We had a lot of things to do. But together as a unit physical science batch worked. It was indeed a good experience.  After the lunch break we had Joju sir's class.We learnt about the purpose and functions of educational evaluation.

 22 / 07 / 2022 Today the first hour we had Ancy ma'am. We learnt about Slow Learners . After class we discussed about the Psychology Exhibition that we are planning to conduct in our college in association with psychology club. Each optional gave their ideas  💡.  Next session was handled by George sir. We learnt about how to mark a non standard track and also how to mark stagger.

 21 /07/ 2022 Try to show your best...bring out all the potential in you. Today's class began with a Yoga Session by Stephen sir. We learnt different yogasanaas - bhujangasana, naukasana, sooryanamaskar etc. After that we had our Joju Sir. We learnt about Measurement and Evaluation, concept and purpose of evaluation. Then we had physical education hour where we learnt how to draw  Non Standard Track. At the end of the day, we also had a Live Cooking Demonstration Class conducted by Maggi in association with our college. They demonstrated two recipes with Maggi.

 20/07/2022 After a long break our assembly has restarted.  Today English optionals had the assembly.  They presented a good assembly and also donated books to the college.   In between an M.Ed trainee from Department of Education came as part of her project work and we filled a questionnaire based on sex education. In the afternoon session we had Maya ma'am's class. We discussed about Dravidian Culture.

 19/01/2022 Today first hour we learned Dravidian Culture and Education in Maya ma'am class. In the end of the class ma'am collected our feedback about our 1st sem. Next hour, George sir taught us how to draw a Standard Track. After lunch break we had Ancy ma'am's class. We learned individual differences, exceptional children and gifted children.

 18/07/2022 Second semester began with our Optional classes. There we had a discussion on our S 1 question paper and then we discussed about our micro teaching lessons. Next session  was handled by Maya ma'am. Ma'am gave us some refreshment activities to keep us active in the beginning. Then slowly we began the first unit of  EDU 06. After the lunch break we had Ancy ma'am's class. Sonia, an M.Ed trainee from New B.Ed college, Nellimoodu came as part of her project work and we filled the questionnaire for her survey. Next hour was handled by Joju sir. We discussed about Assessment. In the last hour we had Physical Education class. George sir gave us a idea about the syllabus and the works to be done in the second semester.
